Why analyze an advertiser's ads.
Analyzing an advertiser's ads holds real value for a brand, whether that's benchmarking against a competitor, scoping out a new market before entering it, or drawing inspiration from a successful player. Upspring continuously preprocesses ads so Claude can reason across the entire market efficiently.

What's out there.
Look wide and ask Claude what's actually working in your category right now, not just your competitor's, the whole space. This is where you catch a pattern before you know to look for it.
"What hooks are working right now in men's cosmetics?" Try it in Claude
What's working.
Ask which ads from that pull have been running the longest. An ad still live after weeks is an ad that's making money. Longevity is the tell most people skip.
"Which of these ads have been running the longest?" Try it in Claude
How they win.
Pick a real competitor, or someone whose ads you respect even if they're not direct competition. Ask Claude to break down what they're actually doing: hooks, angles, who they seem to be targeting.
"Break down [competitor]'s ads, what hooks and angles are they using, who are they targeting?" Try it in Claude
How big they really are.
Ask if they're really as big as their ads make them look. Scale isn't always what it seems from the outside.
"Is [competitor] actually spending big, or does it just look that way?" Try it in Claude
Where I fit.
This is the part that matters. Not "here's what they're doing," but where they're not, and where you can fit. That's the judgment call Upspring hands back to you rather than making for you.
"Based on this, where's the gap [competitor] isn't covering?" Try it in Claude
